- Being a host for our inpatient patients with all associated patient service tasks
- Professional room and meal service
- Refilling and cleaning tasks in patient rooms
- Compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Checking room functionality
- Support of internal patient transport
- Working hours from 07:00 – 16:00, 09:30 – 19:00; or 07:00 – 19:00 (on weekends)
You
- Experience in a service industry with professional and empathetic customer interaction
- Proven hospital experience is an advantage
- Customer-oriented and committed personality accustomed to independent and reliable work
- Team player with polished manners
- Very good German skills (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with notebooks and tablets is necessary
