Your Tasks
- Organization and implementation of targeted instructions and conveying subject-specific training content as well as practice-oriented expertise
- Conducting regular reflection discussions with trainees as well as checking and documenting learning progress
- Implementation and documentation of practice-oriented learning tasks
- Participation in the acceptance of practical exams
- Close exchange with those responsible for practice as well as theory
- Ensuring the quality of training and participation in process optimization
Your Profile
- A completed vocational training as a nursing specialist and further training in practical instruction
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Nursing Professions Act
