Drilling Foreman
Your Contribution with Us
- You lead and coordinate your team on site
- You organise and supervise the drilling work on site
- You operate drilling equipment and ensure its professional and safe use
- You coordinate the deployment of personnel, machines, equipment and materials
- You monitor workflows and ensure professional execution
- You keep reports and document the work performed
- You check the machines and equipment used and coordinate necessary maintenance work
- You ensure compliance with our quality and safety requirements
What Counts for Us
- Completed training in the main construction trade or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in drilling technology or specialist civil engineering
- Experience in leading and coordinating a construction site team
- Technical understanding and confident handling of drilling equipment and construction machinery
- Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
- High sense of responsibility for occupational safety and quality
- Good German language skills
- Driving licence category B
