Your Tasks
We assign you to the night shift according to your service preferences, because you decide how you want to work. Your expertise is required in all areas of nursing, with a focus on medicine, surgery, and women & children. You support the wards as a floating night watch or as an additional night watch on a ward. You professionally and dedicatedly care for patients from all specialties, thus complementing the teams in exceptional situations. Constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional collaboration is an essential part of your task during the night shift.
Your Profile
You have completed vocational training as a nurse HF or FH. You are familiar with the Swiss healthcare system, have already worked at least two years in acute care, and bring experience in at least one of the above-mentioned specialties. You enjoy working in changing teams and night shifts due to your open, motivated, and empathetic nature. You can quickly get an overview, are resilient, and are used to making decisions.
