Your Profile:
Solid Education: You have a completed university degree in materials science, civil engineering, or a related field.
Specialist in Building Materials: You have extensive experience in cement and concrete technology as well as in the use of alternative raw materials, especially to reduce clinker. Ideally, you bring in-depth expertise in additives and formulations.
Expert in Norms and Standards: You are well versed in the relevant cement and concrete standards as well as in quality assurance.
Innovative Team Player: You are proactive, creative, and independent. You act as an initiator, promote collaboration, and convince with your strong problem-solving skills.
Leader with Vision: You bring leadership skills, think strategically, and are able to successfully lead interdisciplinary teams and R&D projects.
Your Area of Responsibility:
Together with the team from the Technical Center, you drive the decarbonization and circularity of our product portfolio and develop and optimize our products in cement and concrete.
As a representative in standardization committees, industry organizations, and associations, you maintain knowledge exchange with internal and external research partners and advance our strategy.
You promote and coordinate collaboration in cross-departmental and cross-location teams to drive the development of innovative processes and technologies.
You act as a competence center for technical questions.
The team consists of independent experts: you may take on the overall technical coordination and personnel leadership.
