Your Tasks
- Coordination/Data management of clinical studies and scientific projects at the University Center for Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Northwestern Switzerland, location Children’s Hospital Cantonal Hospital Aarau
- Preparation, organization, and shipment of study- and registry-specific materials and samples according to study-specific requirements
- Preparation and support of monitorings, audits, official inspections, and ethics applications
- Central coordination function with various internal and external partners (e.g., laboratory, pharmacy, Swiss Pediatric Oncology Group, among others)
Your Profile
- Training/activity in healthcare (e.g., nurse, medical practice assistant), scientific background (e.g., biomedicine, pharmacy) or quality management
- Further training/experience as Clinical Research Coordinator or Study Nurse is an advantage
- Careful, reliable, and independent working style
- Confident handling of digital documentation systems
- German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills essential
- Teamwork, networked thinking, and high social competence in contact with internal and external parties
