AI Enablement Specialist (f/m/d)

What appeals to you

Supporting Hexagon teams in identifying AI use cases as well as defining data sources, methods, and evaluation metrics
Configuring and implementing customized AI agents for business applications
Defining, aligning, and clearly communicating requirements for AI agents
Monitoring, evaluating AI agents, and ensuring business impact
Co-leading workshops and training sessions (virtual and on-site) on AI tools and developments
Creating technical and function-specific training materials
Further developing the AI tool portfolio and managing system integrations
Supporting teams in AI adoption through communities, guidance, and enablement
Contributing to KPIs to measure the success of the AI enablement program
Supporting the development of internal guidelines and governance standards for AI applications

What defines you

Strong focus on AI use cases and creating business value
Hands-on mentality and confident in presenting results to stakeholders
Efficient and professional communication to identify challenges and AI opportunities
Experience with enterprise AI tools (e.g., OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and their business use
Technical understanding to explain current developments in generative AI
Deep understanding of the impact of AI-based solutions
Confident collaboration across teams, cultures, and time zones
Passion for training, support, and enablement of colleagues in the AI field
Fluent English (German or other languages are an advantage)
Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%

Flexible annual working hours based on a 40-hour week, for a 100% position
