Your Tasks
- Independent occupational therapy care of the ward in close cooperation with the multiprofessional treatment team and the occupational therapy team
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of occupational therapy group and individual offers
- Conducting individual occupational therapy assessments and developing therapy plans tailored to the needs and treatment goals of the patients
- Active participation in shaping and further developing the occupational therapy service structure on the ward
- Use of various therapeutic tools and methods to make resources and problem areas practically tangible
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation as well as active involvement in defining, implementing and evaluating common therapeutic goals
Your Profile
- Completed training as an Occupational Therapist HF or BSc in Occupational Therapy (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Interest and experience in the psychiatric field of work, ideally with adolescent or adult patients
- Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and a resource-oriented, participatory attitude
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Openness to professional development and shaping therapeutic processes
