The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.

Then you are exactly right with us! For our Restaurant Neumarkt in the heart of Winterthur, we are looking for a committed personality for the overall management of kitchen and restaurant.
With assertiveness, heart, team spirit, and organizational talent, you lead your team and ensure smooth operations.

HOW?
- You take over the overall management of kitchen and restaurant and lead a dedicated team consisting of 5 employees, 7 apprentices, and 14 employees with disabilities
- You support employees with disabilities in their daily work and pass on your experience to our apprentices
- You take on the professional management and ensure that work orders and services in the kitchen, restaurant, and at the counter are professionally planned and implemented
- You handle administrative and organizational tasks
- You actively participate in daily business and internal and external events
- You are a host with heart – from reception to farewell, you ensure a completely positive experience
WHY YOU?
- Because you have many years of leadership experience and hold a degree from a hotel management school or an equivalent education or training
- Because you have experience in the work pedagogy environment or have training in work pedagogy
- Because you lead with clarity, empathy, and responsibility, thereby enabling an environment where appreciative collaboration is lived
- Because you are an organizational talent, always keep an overview, coordinate work orders efficiently, and ensure smooth processes
- Because you have solid IT skills in MS Office, cash register systems, and scheduling
- Because you have very good German skills (C1 or higher)
