Your tasks – professionally diverse, with room for co-design
- Co-design instead of just cooperating: You share responsibility for the medical care of our patients – with your professional focus, you actively shape our offerings
- Innovation in the team: Together with the Chief Physician and a dedicated team, you further develop the internal medicine offerings at the Langnau location – your expertise is in demand
- Training with heart and mind: You accompany assistant physicians on their path and gladly and insightfully pass on your knowledge
- Connected and trustworthy: You are the medical contact person for general practitioners in the region and maintain an open, appreciative exchange
- Closeness to people: In cooperation with care institutions in the upper Emmental, you also take on nursing home care if needed
- Assuming leadership: You contribute to the professional development of the team and take on responsibility in medical management
- Sharing responsibility: You take on personnel and administrative tasks and participate in budget responsibility
- Opening perspectives: If interested, there is the possibility to take over the management of the interdisciplinary emergency department
Your profile – what you bring
- You hold the FMH specialist title in Internal Medicine and a valid professional practice license (BAB) in the canton of Bern
- With several years of experience, you bring not only competence but also passion and genuine commitment to medical work and inspire your environment
- Communication and teamwork are more than self-evident to you; you live an appreciative and patient-centered approach
- A trusting, interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists and nursing staff is a matter close to your heart
