Your tasks are
- Disposing and monitoring all incoming disposition orders in our IT system
- Contact person for our customers and couriers in all questions regarding disposition
- Recording all events in our system (pick-ups, deliveries, ...)
- Organization of emergency pick-ups as well as deliveries of findings and consumables as well as goods pick-ups
- Ensuring an economical use of our resources as well as compliance with regulations regarding safety, hygiene, accident prevention, and data protection
