Task
Actively drive internal communication at KPMG! You not only have the chance to manage projects yourself, but also develop creative solutions and ensure that our messages are implemented consistently and effectively.
How you advance KPMG
- You contribute to the development and implementation of internal communication measures that inform, inspire, and connect our employees in Switzerland.
- You create and edit texts for various internal channels to make our values and corporate goals vivid and tangible.
- You develop multimedia content – for example, video interviews with colleagues – and support internal live formats and broadcasts such as town halls or other internal events.
- You support internal campaigns and events end-to-end – from creative planning through implementation to follow-up.
- You work on international communication projects and coordinate closely with our communication colleagues at KPMG UK.
- You bring creative impulses and new communication formats, especially to address Gen Z.
Why you are successful
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in communication, marketing, journalism, business administration, or a comparable field.
- Initial professional experience in communication, marketing, or public relations – ideally in an international environment.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English; German and/or French are a plus.
- Passion for internal communication, employee engagement, and corporate culture.
- Proactive, curious personality who likes to take responsibility and contribute own ideas.
- Structured and reliable working style, combined with team spirit and enjoyment of a dynamic, international environment.
