Care Manager (m/f/d) with 80-100% Travel Readiness

To strengthen our team at the location in Windisch AG, we are looking for you by arrangement as a Care / Case Manager (m/f/d) 80-100% with travel readiness. Are you looking to enter the office and want to continue working in the healthcare industry? Then we have the perfect position for you!

• Management of up to 30 employees in private care and customer support in the regions of Aargau and Solothurn
• Personal needs assessments with our customers on site as well as ensuring professional care and support of the nursing team
• Creation of assistance and care plans, reassessments, and adjustments in consultation with the contact person and initiation of further measures
• Personal contact with involved relatives, doctors, health insurance companies, public services, and clinics
• Support in recruitment (conducting interviews and hiring discussions)

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH (recognition of a foreign diploma by the SRK mandatory)
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Efficient, independent, and speedy working style
• High communication skills with all stakeholders
• Responsible, creative, reliable, and committed personality
• Doer type with organizational talent and assertiveness
• Driver's license and vehicle mandatory
