Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the comprehensive coordination and independent execution of apartment handovers and inspections of the department's rental properties
- You issue repair orders to craftsmen
- You prepare the final accounts including the settlement of the rental deposit
- You conduct property inspections (residential and commercial spaces) and prepare condition reports
- You handle water damage, insurance cases, and construction projects
- You take on case-related representation of owners before authorities (mediation, evictions, etc.)
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a real estate agent or a similar qualification
- You have professional experience in property management and experience with apartment inspections and handovers
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
- You have a professional and competent appearance combined with winning manners
- You work independently, precisely, proactively, and think and act entrepreneurially
