Your tasks
- You ensure the processing of around 2,700 monthly payrolls for the city of Lucerne and its affiliated institutions within the team.
- You independently manage family allowances, withholding tax, and social insurance benefits.
- You update personnel and payroll data, ensure a correct staffing plan, and create reports.
- You advise employees and the HR team on payroll and social insurance matters.
- You support us in training our apprentices.
Your profile
- You have further training in social insurance or human resources.
- You have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and social insurance.
- Customer service is central to you.
- You enjoy working independently and contribute your knowledge and skills through mutual exchange within the team.
- Flexibility, reliability, and conscientiousness characterize you.
- You bring joy and humor to your daily work.
