Head of Production/Metal Workshop

In this key position, you will take responsibility for organising and managing our production and metal workshop areas.

Responsibilities

• Technical and personnel leadership of the production and metal workshop teams
• Planning, controlling and monitoring production processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
• Optimising workflows and processes to increase efficiency
• Coordination and collaboration with other departments
• Responsibility for compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications

• Completed technical training, ideally in metal construction or mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position
• Sound knowledge of production planning and control
• Experience in staff management and motivation
• High quality awareness and strong problem-solving skills
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
