Service Technician CTS Basel Region (Commercial Technology System) (all)

You enjoy being on the move, think solution-oriented and tackle technical challenges independently? Then you are exactly right with us. In this role, you look after demanding systems, carry out maintenance and repairs, and ensure that our customers can always rely on dependable systems.

Your tasks – varied and close to the customer

• Maintenance and repair of complex water treatment systems directly at our customers’ premises.
• Carrying out function and alarm tests to ensure reliable system operation.
• Checking circuit diagrams and developing technical solutions with an overview.
• Technical support for our internal service team with technical queries.
• Active participation in building up our young service department.
• Assignments starting directly from home – in the Basel region as well as throughout Switzerland.

Your profile – technically strong and customer-oriented

• Completed technical training, e.g. in mechatronics, automation, electrical engineering, electronics or operational technology.
• Service experience in industry – ideally with complex systems.
• Team spirit, customer orientation and enjoyment in taking responsibility.
• Quick understanding of technical contexts and a pragmatic view for suitable solutions.
• Independent organisation, clear communication and overview even with several assignments.
• Resilience, reliability and enjoyment in finding the right solution for our customers every day.
• Self-reliant working style and high commitment.
• Secure German language skills; English skills are welcome, French skills a plus.
