You are a good listener, quickly recognize the business and technological challenges of your customers, and are enthusiastic about accompanying companies on their path to digital transformation with SAP-based solutions? You have solid experience in selling SAP consulting and implementation projects and move confidently at the decision-maker level? Then you are exactly right with us.
In this role, you are a central driving force for our company’s success and take on sales responsibility for new and existing customers with great creative freedom, with a special focus on SAP projects in medium-sized businesses across various industries
Your tasks:
- Sales focus: You are responsible for selling SAP consulting, implementation, and application management services and convincingly position our service portfolio in the market.
- S/4HANA & more: Your focus is on S/4HANA transformations, SAP cloud solutions, the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), the Integration Suite, as well as related platform topics that you can classify professionally and place customer-appropriately.
- Customer acquisition & expansion: With your sales strength, you drive active new customer acquisition and strategically and sustainably expand existing customer relationships.
- Strategic sales work: You develop and implement customer-specific sales and account strategies, identify cross- and upselling potentials, and actively shape further growth.
- Together to closing: In close cooperation with SAP consulting, business development, and our delivery teams, you ensure that customer needs are understood and translated into viable, actionable offers.
- End-to-end responsibility: You accompany the entire sales cycle – from the initial needs assessment through offer design to successful contract conclusion – and remain the central contact person for our customers.
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- Successful sales history: You bring proven success in selling SAP consulting and software projects and know the specifics of solution and project business.
- Many years of sales experience: Ideally, you have more than eight years of experience in selling SAP services, preferably in the mid-market environment, and move confidently in this customer segment.
- SAP expertise: You have a very good understanding of SAP architectures as well as typical transformation and integration scenarios and can classify these well in conversations with customers.
- Strong network: You have a reliable network of decision-makers at the business and IT levels and use it purposefully to build and expand customer relationships.
- Hunter mentality: Pronounced acquisition and closing strength, high initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking characterize your sales profile.
- Confident personality: With your convincing, professional appearance as well as your strong communication and negotiation skills, you meet our customers at eye level.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English; French skills are an advantage
