Polymechanic – Maintenance Specialist
Activities
- Maintenance, repair, and servicing of production equipment and infrastructure
- Conducting error analyses and troubleshooting
- Optimizing machine performance and participating in the implementation of improvements
- Documentation of maintenance and repair work
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth production processes
- Independent on-call and fault service duties on a regular rotation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a mechanic or locksmith; professional experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge in the maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Problem-solving approach and technical understanding
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
- Native German speaker; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
