The Legal group operates as a corporate unit for BKB and its subsidiary Bank Cler. Alexandra, Philipp, Dominique, Christoph, and other colleagues are looking for reinforcement. In other words: you!

Your new job

• Lead the Legal group, currently with seven employees, both professionally and personnel-wise
• Comprehensively support internal corporate departments on various legal issues - legal focuses include banking and financial market law, contract law, and IT law; additionally labor law, inheritance law, and adult protection law
• Ensure legal support in the creation and adjustment of banking products and services
• Represent the interests of the banks in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings
• Actively participate in projects and multidisciplinary working groups
• Act as deputy head of the Legal and Paralegal department, which includes the Legal, Paralegal, and Support groups as well as Data Privacy Legal
• Take professional leadership of the Paralegal group regarding official information requests
