Dietitian / Dietitian EFZ 80-100%
Task:
Co-responsibility for healthy and cost-appropriate catering of patients, guests, and employees. Preparation of meals and diet meals for our patients. Co-design of the diet menu and participation in events and aperitifs. Checking goods deliveries for quantity and quality. Compliance with hygiene guidelines according to HACCP.
Requirements:
Cook / Chef EFZ with several years of professional experience. Further training as a diet cook or willingness to obtain it. High independence and commitment. Quality awareness, team spirit, flexibility as well as innovative and economical thinking and acting. Willingness to work weekends. Support of the Christian basic attitude.
