For the Swiss Tunnel Construction department, we are looking for you as Workshop Manager / Machine Master for the Tunnel Ligerz construction site. Your workplace will be Ligerz (BE), follow-up assignments are gladly possible.

What you will drive

Operational management of the workshop
Ensuring timely maintenance, servicing, and repair of tunnel construction machines and equipment
Supporting machine suppliers with fault diagnosis and complex repair cases
Organizing materials, spare parts, and consumables (including inventory management)
Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
Maintaining machine and maintenance documentation (digital/analog)

Why you will succeed

Completed apprenticeship as a construction machinery or agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ
At least 5 years of professional experience in the industry, including experience as a workshop manager
Knowledge in the field of tunnel construction machines and equipment
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style, as well as very good organizational skills
Ability to work in a team and independently, high motivation and commitment
Responsibility regarding occupational safety
Good Italian or French skills are required, while oral German skills are an advantage
