Reference: CLS/RH/2025.657 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: Monday to Friday / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop “Riponne” or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop “Beaulieu-Jomini”)

Why do we need you?

Following an internal mobility, we are looking for a Sterilization Manager to lead the activities of the sector, ensure compliance with current standards, and support a motivated team in the continuous improvement of its practices.

What will you be doing?

• Manage and support a versatile and committed team, creating a collaborative, motivating work environment conducive to professional development
• Supervise the overall activity of the sterilization service in compliance with current quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the ISO 13485 quality manual within the service
• Manage and monitor the annual qualifications of equipment, particularly autoclaves and sterilization systems.
• Ensure the proper conduct of BPR tests (validation tests of sterilization cycle effectiveness) and analyze the results.
• Prepare and ensure the follow-up of audits.

Who will you be working with?

The essentials:

• You hold a Specialist in Sterilization diploma (Level 3) or a Technical Assistant in Sterilization diploma (Level 2) completed by 5 years of experience in the field of sterilization
• You have confirmed experience in team management, with a real interest in supporting and developing collaborators
• You have solid knowledge of the requirements related to the ISO 13485 standard
• You have the ability to structure, plan, and monitor processes rigorously
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration

Your assets:

• A training in management or a strong motivation to train in this area
• A training for the training of apprentices
