YOUR TASKS:
- Development and implementation of the sponsoring and fundraising strategy
- Expansion and strategic further development of the Lucerne Festival Friends circle
- Management of all sponsors, foundations, and private patrons
- Conducting contract negotiations with national and international sponsors at C-level
- Ongoing evaluation and adjustment of partner offers and funding channels
- Acquisition and systematic further development of the partner portfolio
- Conceptualization and realization of new initiatives and platforms to strengthen the national and international perception of Lucerne Festival
- Annual conception of the exclusive opening gala for around 400 VIP guests
- Leadership of four employees
Your profile:
- University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, marketing, or event management (or equivalent education and training)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in the sought-after field
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss foundation landscape and ideally an existing network
- High commitment and flexibility (seasonal fluctuations), teamwork skills, and resilience
- High digital affinity and proficient use of MS Office and other IT systems
- Enthusiasm for classical and contemporary music as well as the festival scene
- German and English spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
