Polymechanic Assembler / Machine Assembler (m/f/d).
Your main tasks
- Assembly & Construction: Independent assembly of subassemblies and final assembly of technically highly complex stamping machines according to technical drawings, parts lists and assembly instructions
- Overall responsibility: Accompanying the stamping machine throughout the entire assembly process up to delivery readiness
- Overhauls: Carrying out detailed overhauls and refurbishments of machines and assemblies
- Commissioning & Testing: Setting up, running in and completing the assembled systems
- Quality assurance: Performing and documenting intermediate inspections and quality controls
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and rectifying assembly deviations in close coordination with internal specialist departments

Qualifications
Your profile
- Training: Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ (specialising in assembly), mechanic or machine assembler
- Experience: Several years of practice in the assembly of machines and systems, preferably from the machine tool or precision machine industry
- Know-how: Good knowledge in safely reading and implementing technical drawings, parts lists and assembly documents
- Personality: High quality, safety and responsibility awareness as well as team spirit and flexibility
- Physical condition: Good physical condition for the demanding work in mechanics
Attitude: Enjoyment in the precise assembly and setup of complex mechanical systems
