Manufacturing Technologist / Manufacturing Engineer (m/f) 100%

Your tasks

• Planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing and assembly facilities at existing and new production sites
• Management and technical leadership of investment and industrialization projects (e.g., Make Rebar, Rebotic, Reinforcement Technology Germany, Espen, etc.)
• Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of existing manufacturing processes regarding quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
• Participation in the selection, specification, and procurement of production equipment in an international environment
• Introduction and support of automation, robotics, and digitalization solutions (Industry 4.0)
• Interface between development, production, purchasing, and external partners
• Ensuring technical standards, process documentation, and continuous improvement measures

Your qualities

• Completed engineering degree (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally in the automotive, plant engineering, or metal/steel processing sectors
• Proven experience in planning, setting up, and commissioning manufacturing and assembly facilities
• Experience in the international supplier and machine manufacturer selection process
• Good knowledge of automation, control, and robotics technology
• Familiarity with topics such as digitalization, process automation, and Industry 4.0
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, structured working method, and high initiative
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented in an international environment
