Department Head Legal Office (80-100%) - Start: December 1, 2025 or by agreement

With your commitment, you shape the most beautiful city in Switzerland and help to further develop it.

• You lead the "Initiation Procedures" department and bear professional as well as personnel responsibility for a team of five employees.
• You ensure the legally compliant and efficient execution of debt enforcement procedures according to SchKG.
• You coordinate and optimize workflows within the department.
• You advise and support the team professionally in complex cases.
• You work closely with internal and external bodies such as courts, creditors, and debtors.
• You actively participate in projects for the digitization and further development of the office.

• You have completed commercial training and further education in law, administration, or management.
• You have several years of professional experience in debt enforcement and bankruptcy, ideally with leadership experience (qualification as a debt enforcement officer is an advantage).
• You bring solid knowledge of the SchKG and related legal areas.
• You possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• You are resilient, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a high degree of personal responsibility.
