Your future area of responsibility

Independent management of a service area in the restaurant, breakfast, or banquet – with overview, pace, and precision
Personal greeting and competent advice to our guests – you accompany them through the service with style and warmth
Guidance and support of commis and demi chefs de rang – you coordinate your team and work closely with kitchen, bar, and event
Ensuring quality, cleanliness, and smooth processes – you live our standards and develop them further with us
Active upselling through sound product knowledge and a sense for guest wishes
Taking over administrative tasks – e.g., shift handovers, small orders, or inventory support

Your profile

Completed training in the hotel or hospitality industry
Several years of professional experience in the service area
Distinct host qualities and a professional appearance
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and organizational talent
Good knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ideally also wine expertise
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
