For the Tunnel Construction Switzerland department, we are looking for you as a Project Manager to strengthen our team for Western Switzerland (and depending on demand, the whole of Switzerland).

What you will do

• Independent management of small and larger complex tunnel construction projects
• Participation in acquisition
• Responsibility for profit and loss of your own projects 
• Resource and deployment planning 
• Personnel management of site managers and site staff
• Competent contact person for clients, planners, and business partners
• Collaboration with local partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities 
• Support of projects in the preliminary work preparation (AVOR)
• Procurement of subcontractor services and materials in cooperation with procurement including contract management
• Change order management, independent preparation and enforcement of change order offers
• Financial and technical project controlling 

Why you will succeed

• Degree and qualification: You have a degree as a civil engineer FH or a comparable education and already have experience in the field of underground construction.
• IT skills: You are a proficient, skilled user of MS Office. Experience in scheduling with MS Project or TILOS is an advantage.
• Working style: You are used to working in a team, think analytically and networked, and handle assigned tasks independently and efficiently. You also demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, good organizational skills, and high flexibility.
• Language skills: Good French and German skills are required. If you additionally have knowledge of English and/or Italian, this is very welcome.
