• You implement a wide variety of projects in the field of civil engineering
• Your ideas and solutions already flow into the planning phase of the project
• Competent advice and support for your clients are important to you; these include municipalities, cantons, the federal government, and private individuals
• With the support of a strong team, you have the opportunity to actively shape civil engineering
• You contribute significantly to the success of our projects and to a positive team atmosphere

• a completed education as a civil engineering technician HF, construction manager, or site manager
• ideally several years of experience as a construction manager in civil engineering (municipalities, cantons) 
• good knowledge of common construction administration tools for tendering, construction accounting, and cost control
• experience in cost and quantity control, quality assurance, and renegotiations (claim management)
• an open, solution-oriented, and balanced personality who equally prioritizes, analyzes, and communicates the concerns of clients and residents promptly
• interest in professional and personal development
• proficiency in German language, both spoken and written, completes your profile
