Your Area of Responsibility
- You are the contact person for FaGe and FaGe-E
trainees and are responsible for the organization, planning, and implementation of learning support - You work closely with the practical trainer on the ward as well as the Head of Education Acute Care / the
Educational Officer Acute Care - Your
role is versatile: you work on an
interdisciplinary ward with exciting
specialties such as medicine, surgery, orthopedics, and gynecology and four monitor beds - Managing the care and patient process considering the individual needs of the
patients
Your Competencies
- Certified nursing specialist HF/FH preferably with experience in acute care
- Ideally with pedagogical further training BB course and SVEB 1 or willingness to further train
- Experience and joy in supporting FaGe and FaGe-E trainees - high patient orientation and performing individual and effective care
- Empathetic, motivated personality who enjoys working in a team
- Creative, flexible, and humorous approach to the unexpected
- Interest in actively shaping everyday work and processes
- Administrative tasks are enjoyable for you and you are ready to take on a varied and exciting challenge
