You are numbers-oriented, think entrepreneurially, and enjoy actively shaping structures and processes? In this key role, you will take on financial responsibility for SD Fiber AG based in Dietikon together with the CFO of the newly acquired subsidiary. As a sparring partner for the local management and a link to SPIE Schweiz Holding, you will significantly contribute to successful integration and further development.

- Group Reporting: You adapt the reporting structures according to the requirements of SPIE Schweiz Holding and further develop them.
- Budget & Forecasting: You create the annual budget as well as rolling 3-month forecasts.
- Controlling & Processes: You contribute to the digitization and optimization of financial processes and support the expansion of the internal control system.
- Ad-hoc analyses & projects: You analyze business drivers and prepare decision-making bases for management and Group Finance.
- Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) or higher economic education (HF/FH), ideally with further training in finance and accounting.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling or as a Finance Business Partner.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP (FI/CO), and ideally Power BI.
- Fluent in German and good English skills in spoken and written; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Independent, resilient personality with strong communication skills and a high affinity for digital processes.
- Interest in the further development of systems and processes.
- Willingness for a structured and personal onboarding at the headquarters in Bern (for about 2–3 months), where you will get to know the team, the systems, and processes of SPIE Schweiz in depth. Afterwards, you will mainly take on your role at the Dietikon (ZH) location.
