Your Tasks

• You take over the technical, personnel, and organizational leadership of your shift team and ensure a motivating and productive work environment.
• You ensure smooth shift production – qualitative, on time, and efficient.
• In case of plant malfunctions, you react quickly and purposefully – and develop sustainable solutions that strengthen the operation in the long term.
• Order is more than routine for you – you create an environment where safety and efficiency go hand in hand.
• You actively contribute to continuous improvement and drive optimizations in the sense of Lean Management.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a plant operator or have many years of experience in the mechanical field.
• You have several years of professional experience in industrial production and leadership experience.
• You work confidently with common IT applications and use digital tools for process optimization.
• You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and bring a high technical understanding. Your ability to think outside the box makes you a real asset to our team.
