YOUR TASKS
- Daily preparation of meals for our patients and guests in the hot and cold kitchen as well as, if applicable, in the pastry kitchen
- Ensuring the quality of our meals as well as compliance with and implementation of the hygiene concept
- Assistance with food orders including goods receipt and inspection
- Support in supervising apprentices
- Participation in breakfast, lunch, and dinner service lines as well as support in carrying out special events
YOUR PROFILE
- Basic training as a cook EFZ with experience in hospital kitchens is an advantage
- Interest in nutritional issues, combined with knowledge of dietetics is an advantage
- Reliable and cheerful personality with very good communication skills
- High customer orientation and organizational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekend shifts
