The Cardiovascular Center (CCV) is a medical-surgical center of excellence within the Geneva University Hospitals. Its mission is to provide patients with the necessary diagnostic investigations and treatments as quickly as possible and under the most optimal conditions.
The center ensures the best care by adapting to the specific needs of patients. It takes into account scientific recommendations and calls upon multidisciplinary expertise. Decision-making and rapid intervention are ensured by the 24-hour presence of the center's doctors.
Job Description
Within the cardiovascular center domain, you are responsible for organizing multidisciplinary medical conferences, particularly managing the implementation of a new cardio-oncology conference, which aims to guarantee optimal care for patients with cardiovascular and oncological pathologies.
Qualifications
You hold a HES degree complemented by specialized training in the center's specialty.
You have additional training in project management and/or in the field of quality of care.
You master process coordination.
Equipped with a good overall vision (in-depth knowledge of all active stakeholders in the field), you have a keen sense of negotiation as well as very good communication skills.
You possess good analytical and synthesis skills, the ability to work in a network, method, rigor, as well as a critical and innovative mindset.
You have a good command of Windows tools.
A good knowledge of the HUG is an asset.
