Your tasks
- Care and monitoring of patients in the acute phase
- Preparation, monitoring, and aftercare of diagnostic and therapeutic measures as well as operation and monitoring of medical-technical devices
- Initiation of immediate measures and assistance with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Implementation of professional, holistic, and responsible care and support of our patients
- Precise management of the digital patient record and ensuring our high quality standards
- Maintaining cooperation with other professional groups in the sense of patient- and customer-oriented care
- Constructive collaboration in shaping the work area and in change processes
- Communication, consultation, and support with and for patients as well as relatives
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- High nursing and social competence as well as enjoyment in dealing with and caring for people
- Team orientation and ability to cooperate are a matter of course for you
- Ability to work independently, organized, interdisciplinary, and sustainably as well as willingness for continuous professional development
