Your Tasks
- Deputy management and organization of the emergency department
- Support of the ward management in personnel management, duty planning, and quality management
- Ensuring high-quality nursing care for emergency patients (m/f/d)
- Coordination of interdisciplinary collaboration (medical service, nursing, functional services)
- Participation in the further development of nursing concepts and processes
- Active participation in emergency operations
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist / health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Ideally experience in the emergency department or intensive/acute care
- Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
- Organizational strength, resilience, and decisiveness
- Team-oriented, empathetic, and structured working style
