In this role, you will play a key part at the heart of the patient journey. Your role
As the first point of contact for patients and prescribers, you ensure smooth, rigorous, and caring administrative management. You directly contribute to the quality of the center's services through:
Reception & patient relations
Welcoming, informing, and guiding with professionalism and empathy, verifying administrative data and medical documents, managing delicate situations with diplomacy, and ensuring a well-maintained reception environment.
Telephone & scheduling
Ensuring optimal telephone accessibility, planning and optimizing appointments, informing about exam preparations, managing emergencies and rescheduling, and organizing multi-site appointments via the group Call Center.
Administrative management & files
Creating and updating patient files (Xplore), checking insurance data (LAMal, LAA, AI, etc.), following up on incomplete files, managing accident cases, and ensuring secure sending of medical reports.
Quality & collaboration
Participating in team meetings, proposing improvements, and adapting to changes in procedures and tools
Training
Medical secretary diploma or equivalent
Experience
Experience in medical secretarial work (radiology is an asset) or strong motivation to learn.
