With around 100 dedicated employees, we ensure the well-being of our guests in the high season in 75 charming rooms, two first-class restaurants (1 restaurant with 14 Gault Millau points & green Michelin star) with 140 and 40 seats, a terrace restaurant with 150 seats, a magnificent Belle Epoque hall for up to 170 people, two seminar rooms, and an elegant bar. 

Our guests mainly come from Switzerland, but international travelers also find their temporary home with us.

Head of Service Park Restaurant  (m/f/d)

You play a central role in the gastronomic experience of our guests and coordinate the smooth service process in the upscale park restaurant „Les Cascades“, on the Kehrli Terrace, and occasionally in breakfast service together with your colleague as host. You keep a cool head even during busy guest times and enthusiastically carry our philosophy as well as our empathetic leadership culture. You appreciate the work on our lively terrace as much as the stylish evening service. Warm, courteous, proactive – you have the ability to handle 100 covers per service.

• Managing reservations and table assignments
• Ensuring communication between kitchen and service
• Leading the service team of about 8 employees with support from the Food & Beverage management
• Supporting or taking over banquets
• Independently and professionally handling guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback

What you bring with you

• Certified restaurant specialist EFZ or several years of professional experience in upscale service
• First leadership experience in similar positions or strong motivation for professional development
• Modern leadership personality with a clear and empathetic leadership philosophy and lived "hands-on" mentality
• Extensive wine knowledge
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French and other languages are an advantage
• Upbeat personality with passion for the profession in all its facets
