Your tasks with us are:

You manage a portfolio of private mortgage customers.

You advise and support customers on financing matters.

You analyze and structure financing requests, make independent credit decisions, and prepare offers.

You prepare the credit formalities and clarify questions with involved parties.

You continuously document and process contacts with customers and third parties.

You expand our customer relationships in cooperation with the sales organizations of the bank and insurance.

You participate in the training of our junior staff, including apprentices and trainees.

You actively support the further development of the credit advisory center of Baloise Bank.

You are never alone: You are part of our credit advisory center with locations in Solothurn, Basel, and Lausanne – together we cover the entire Switzerland!
You work in a multilingual environment because we support our mortgage customers in German, French, and Italian – what are your languages?

You have completed a commercial basic education (or equivalent training) at a bank or insurance company and have several years of experience in the credit business of a Swiss bank or insurance company; ideally, you already have additional training.
