- Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung ohne Nachtdienste.
- Mithilfe bei der Ausbildung von Lernenden und Studierenden.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder gleichwertig.
- Gute Koordinations- und Organisationsfähigkeit.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Spitex von Vorteil.

The Park Retirement Center is located in the middle of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is embedded in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.
These are your tasks:
- Care and support in our InHouse Spitex Park Settlement (no car or driver's license required)
- Taking over daily responsibility (no night shifts)
- Responsibility for the care process as well as co-designing care development
- Assisting in the training of apprentices and students
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Experience with RAI NH including main responsibility for all areas
- Experience in the Spitex area is an advantage as well as an independent and precise way of working
- Good coordination and organizational skills and a flair for tasks on the PC
- Proficiency in German spoken and written (level B2) as well as understanding Swiss German
- Experience with easyDOK is an advantage
