Start of work: Immediately or by arrangement

• Ensuring the trouble-free operation of properties and technical systems
• Providing FM services on behalf of the respective FM service managers
• Planning, organizing, and supervising the cleaning and maintenance of buildings, rooms, and outdoor facilities
• Quality assurance of external cleaning services through regular inspections and documentation
• Carrying out and coordinating minor repairs and maintenance work. Fixing malfunctions, damages, or complaints yourself or having them fixed if necessary
• Carrying out smaller moves or supporting larger moving projects
• Contact person for users; receiving, processing, and providing feedback on fault repairs
• Supporting and supervising events, also outside regular working hours
• Coordinating and controlling external service providers. Monitoring the proper execution of work and deliveries
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and work regulations
• Shifts in early and late shifts as well as on Saturdays
• Accompanying events
• Performing on-call and winter services
• Craftsmanship skills
• Technical know-how
• IT user knowledge is an advantage
• Completed vocational training in a craft
• Professional experience in a similar function is an advantage
• Impeccable manners, high service orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, Swiss German is an advantage
