As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Operational and strategic F&B cost controlling
- Management of all booking processes of inventory management, monitoring and coordinating booking processes in material accounting
- Conducting monthly and ongoing inventories, stock and consumption controls including empties / non-food
- Pre- and post-calculation of all F&B items / recipe costing
- Monthly reporting, controlling of weekend figures and gross profit
- Successful training in large-scale hotel management as well as appropriate business administration training
- Specialization in the field of F&B cost control
- Familiarity with MS Office, inventory management and POS programs, ideally Materials Control and Symphony from Oracle
- Personally, you are characterized by your systematic and reliable way of working, your team and communication skills as well as a confident, poised and professional appearance
