About the job
What you achieve:
- Telephone contact with end customers (inbound and outbound)
- Consulting and selling competencies and solutions in the field of health care as well as related topics
- Active referral management and lead generation for our partner network through value-added consulting
- Active communication within the team through best practice rounds and team meetings
Why you succeed:
- In addition to completed vocational training, you ideally already have experience in the health insurance industry
- You already have the VBV training (health insurance module) or are willing to complete it
- Sales is your great passion; in addition, you are communicative, empathetic, innovative, and enjoy working in a team
- You communicate fluently in German & French, both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
