About the job

We are looking for a Lead Vocational Trainer AGS, FaGe, HF for our locations in Spiez and Steffisburg from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

How you make an impact

• You accompany and supervise the learning process of HF students, health professionals and health and social assistants
• You design the training sequences in practice based on the KoRe method and the training manual of OdASanté or OdA Savoirsocial and the training foundations of the BBV
• You plan and conduct practice-oriented learning sequences and link theory and practice
• You support the learners and students in their daily work, taking into account their training level and current theoretical knowledge
• You participate in the internal TT teaching including preparation and follow-up
• You conduct regular status and probationary discussions
• You assist with the selection of new learners
• You are an important contact person for training questions and work closely with the training team and the residential area management

What defines you

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH with at least three years of experience in vocational training
• You have a diploma for vocational trainers in training companies (100 hours) or an equivalent further education
• You bring enthusiasm for imparting knowledge and promoting people
• You possess good professional and vocational pedagogical expertise
• You can demonstrate good IT user skills
• You are open to change, solution-oriented and reliable and enjoy working with our learners and HF students
