Apprenticeship as Forest Ranger EFZ, Kyburg 2026
The Zurich forest is a recreational area for the population, a habitat for flora and fauna, and the fourth largest wood producer in Switzerland. During the training to become a Forest Ranger EFZ, we teach you all the important tasks related to the care of the forests in the canton of Zurich.
You will learn all the tasks required for forest management and maintenance. For this, you bring a good sense of nature and its habitats. We show you the proper handling of machines and small equipment, such as the chainsaw. You will also learn the professional maintenance of the equipment.
These activities require a high level of responsibility. Are you physically fit, proficient in German spoken and written, and enjoy spending time outdoors? Then you are exactly right with us.
