Your perspective in this function is the department management.Your area of responsibility
- Taking overall responsibility for project controlling of our data center projects both in Switzerland and abroad
- Direct reporting to management, investors, and banks to ensure transparent communication
- Managing and monitoring budgeting, forecasts, and cost control across all construction phases to ensure compliance with financial goals
- Leading cross-departmental projects in the controlling environment to promote effective collaboration between departments
- Acting as a sparring partner for management on all financially relevant project questions
- Developing and leading the project controlling team; promoting modern and digital working methods
- Optimizing methods, systems, and tools with a clear focus on automation and efficiency improvement
Your skills
- Completed business education, ideally with a Swiss federal certificate in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in controlling, preferably in the construction environment
- Experience in professional or disciplinary leadership of employees is an advantage
- Knowledge of software solutions such as Abacus, Primavera, Autodesk, MS Project, as well as BI tools is desirable
- Strong analytical thinking skills, a high affinity for numbers, and a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative and assertive personality with strong implementation skills and leadership potential
- Language skills in German and English at least at C1 level
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, depending on the respective project locations.
