• As a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you advise patients in outpatient and day clinic settings.
• You support patients through social counseling with the goal of reintegration into life and work environments.
• In your daily work, you maintain relationships with authorities, social insurance institutions, and employers and are in close contact with other caregivers.
• Internally, you participate in reports, case discussions, and training sessions and contribute to public relations.

• You have a degree in Social Work (FH level) and are familiar with social counseling.
• Ideally, you bring professional experience from the healthcare sector.
• Your interest lies in interdisciplinary treatment oriented to the needs of patients and relatives.
