Your tasks

Technical responsibility for the conception, elaboration, and implementation of parts of the project to replace portfolio management in the financing business
Developing the content and timeline roadmap and the program backlog
Elaborating and coordinating various deliverables from the perspective of capacity, priority, and dependency, including responsibility for the cost-benefit hypothesis
Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as well as with our DevOps teams
Responsibility for the timely implementation of the program backlog in the form of prioritized features in the corresponding implementation channels of the bank

Your profile

Degree in business administration, banking & finance, business informatics, natural sciences, or similar completed
Several years of experience in the same / similar role at a financial service provider, preferably in the financing business
You have actively participated as a program or project manager or in a similar role in agile projects and have proven in this role that you can take on the content responsibility for complex projects
You are characterized by high personal responsibility, flexibility, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
You bring a strong affinity for IT topics, experience in dealing with external suppliers, and a pronounced customer orientation
Your independent, responsible, and quality-conscious working style, your confident appearance, and your quick comprehension distinguish you
Confident and winning appearance and eloquent communication in German and English
