Your Area of Responsibility

Independent technical and financial management of projects / construction sites
AVOR and construction site organization, site management, resource planning
Ensuring calculation, cost monitoring, measurement and billing
Processing of offers, ensuring contract management
Customer advice and customer support
Contact with authorities and suppliers, representation of the company externally
Ensuring and implementing regulations on occupational safety
Ensuring and implementing internal and external quality regulations
Execution of change order management

Your Profile

Certified construction manager with ideally several years of experience in construction management / site management
Or in training to become a construction manager (Certified Construction Manager SBA or Engineer FH, TS)
Strong, resilient personality with professional competence and entrepreneurial thinking
Team player, creative, independent, communicative
Enjoyment of technical challenges
Ideally experience with MS Dynamics D365,SORBA
Knowledge in quality management
Valid driving license category B required
